Last day of Summer
Tomorrow the kids go back to school. I am filled with mixed emotions, on one hand it's only the 3rd week of August. When I was in grade school we went back to school after labor day weekend, it was a logical time. Labor is traditionally the end of the summer. The days are still warm, the surf was good.
On the other hand with the kids back in school I get a couple of hours on Wednesdays. It will also bring a bit more structure to the McKie household.
It's amazing how fast life is ting by now. I must remember to enjoy each and every day.
